Rest your mind and body in the cozy atmosphere of Karkausmäki!
You can arrive starting 3pm and you will find a warm atmosphere as you walk in to our rooms.
You can enjoy by the fireplace in the kitchen and the fireplace in your room will keep you warm even on the coldest evenings. The rooms are double rooms with separate beds. Extra beds available in some rooms, please check availability in advance! Extra bed or child bed for 15e/night.
Sauna
You can sit on the terrace of the garden sauna and relax in the evening.
Breakfast
A breakfast of home-grown and local ingredients enjoyed in peace and quiet, without rush.

Enjoy the local nature or the scenery of the Peuran polku on the shores of Lake Valkeisjärvi.
Suomäen ulvojat excursion invites you to the winter nature in the afternoon!
Depending on the wind and snow conditions, we set off on a sledge, snowshoes or wool socks.
Come and experience the thrill of the howlers' pace from the assembly of the harness, to the mini-trek itself and to relax by the campfire!
The hike will start at either 5 or 7 pm, depending on your choice. The time will be confirmed separately, depending on availability.
Duration of the programme is approximately 1 hour.
Campfire snack can be booked for 10e for an additional fee.
Sauna in the evening after the excursion.
To a new day
After a good night's sleep, the day starts with a hearthy breakfast.
Rent snowshoes and go for a short self-guided hike in the nearby countryside or take a break if you feel like it.
Check-out by 12 noon.
